Break the Cycle 50/50

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #141151

    1 for $10.00; 200 tickets
    3 for $20.00; 2100 tickets
    10 for $50.00; 800 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: June 25, 2023 at 11:59:00 p.m. PDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: June 30, 2023 at 1:00:00 p.m. PDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at 147 16th St W #200, North Vancouver, BC V7M 1T3

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://northshorecrisisservices.rafflenexus.com/winners on June 30, 2023.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the North Shore Crisis Services Society.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the North Shore Crisis Services Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    North Shore Crisis Services Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: slee@nscss.net. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  8. 8. Other

    Please email our team at slee@nscss.net should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

NSCSS x NSMBA are excited to invite you to Break The Cycle, North Vancouver's ride + run event for gender-justice. Every dollar raised will advance housing and supportive programs for women and children (and their pets!) surviving violence on the North Shore. This June, join our vibrant community of mountain bikers, cyclists, adaptive riders, and runners for 4 unique weekly outdoor challenges and an in-person timed event for women, trans, and non-binary riders.
